You will bring the following experience and knowledge:Preferred work experience in production & material planning, demand planning, inventory management & handling, Line Operations, and/or ForecastingComputer proficiency (MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Preferred experience in ERP (SAP) systems and Scheduling systems (Kronos).Communication skills (Verbal and Written), Analytical & Problem-solving skills, strong collaboration, and relationship management skillsEducation / CertificationsBachelor's Degree Required (Operations, Supply Chain, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering and Food Science preferred). Military and Logistics experience is welcome.Job Specific RequirementsPreferred 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment. Union labor management is a plusStrong organizational and technical skillsPreferred experience in Lean manufacturing and TPM.
