Senior GNC Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Guidance, Navigation, & Control (GNC) Engineer. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and validate a novel high-level vehicle architecture in collaboration with other engineering leads Create algorithms for precise navigation in various space environments including LEO, MEO, GEO, and interplanetary space Develop simulation and modeling tools to support vehicle and GNC trade studiesQualificationsExperience with estimation algorithms for flight and ground software, including Kalman Filters Experience with Monte Carlo analyses and covariance analysis Experience with verification and validation of GNC flight software in an integrated environment Experience with GNC sensor sizing, selection, and system design Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Julia, C/C++, Rust, or Matlab for algorithm development
