Speech Pathologist

Language Link Therapy is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a well-developed, consistent schedule and work within a truly collaborative, interdisciplinary model.The location in Margate is a partner center, primary providing services for kiddos ages 2-7 with a Dx of ASD. Sessions run 30 minutes in length. We have optional schedules to accommodate a four and five-day work week.Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide direct therapy services to pediatric patients (ages 2–7, primarily ASD population) Collaborate daily with ABA team (BCBAs, RBTs) to integrate communication goals into programming Train staff and caregivers on strategies to improve carryover Maintain accurate, timely documentation (SOAP notes, progress reports, annual reports) Participate in team meetings and contribute to treatment planning Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and payer guidelinesWhat Makes This Role Different: Fully built schedule—walk into an active caseload True collaboration with ABA and OT Consistency in patients and environment → better outcomes Focus on quality and functional progress Strong administrative and clinical supportRequirementsMaster’s Degree in Speech-Language PathologyActive Florida SLP licenseCCCs preferred (CFs considered depending on experience)Experience with pediatric populations requiredExperience with ASD strongly preferredStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not requiredBenefitsCompetitive pay structure Paid time off (vacation & sick)Retirement plan optionsConsistent schedule with growth opportunitiesSupportive, team-oriented environment
