**Job Overview:** HVAC Helper – Entry-Level Opportunity A local Spring Hill HVAC company is seeking a motivated HVAC Helper who is eager to learn the heating and air conditioning trade. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in HVAC installations and service work while working alongside experienced technicians. Position Overview The HVAC Helper will assist lead technicians with residential and/or light commercial HVAC installations, maintenance, and service calls. This role is ideal for someone dependable, mechanically inclined, and interested in building a long-term career in HVAC. Responsibilities Assist HVAC technicians with system installations, repairs, and service calls Help load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials Support installation of HVAC units, ductwork, thermostats, and related components Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on job sites, vehicles & trailers Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times Learn basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and HVAC best practices Provide courteous, professional interaction with customers when on-site Perform other duties as assigned to support the team Qualifications Willingness to learn the HVAC trade and work hands-on Reliable transportation to job sites and a clean driving record Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments (attics, outdoors, etc.) Mechanical aptitude required Prior HVAC or construction experience is PLUS EPA certification is a plus or willingness to obtain Salary - $20 per hour.
