Quality Engineer

HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Quality Engineer (Design & Supplier Quality) SQE Focus to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.Job Title: Quality Engineer (Design & Supplier Quality) SQE FocusJob ID: 78920Position Type: Full-time with HCLTechLocation: West Chester, PARole/Responsibilities:Minimum Qualifications- Lead supplier qualification, onboarding, and audits.- Drive APQP/PPAP deliverables and ensure supplier readiness.- Manage NC/CAPA/SCAR activities and verify effectiveness.- Support process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and SPC implementation.- Monitor supplier KPIs and drive continuous improvement.- Support design transfer, risk management, and PVE/verification.- Review quality deliverables, ensuring compliance with DHF/DMR.- Develop and review inspection plans based on CTQs.Tools & Systems (Must-Have):- Windchill (PLM)- ETQ (eQMS)- SAP BtB processes (Back-to-Back order flow, material master, QN, inspection lots)Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical, Industrial, or related).- 5–8+ years of SQE experience in a regulated industry (medical device preferred).- Experience with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA/DFMEA, MSA, SPC, and validation.- Strong problem-solving skills using 8D, DMAIC, and RCA methods.Nice-to-Have:- Experience with packaging (Case & Tray) or sterile barrier systems.- Six Sigma or ASQ certifications.Pay and BenefitsPay Range Minimum: $48.0 per hourPay Range Maximum: $51.00 per hourHCL is an equal opportunity employer, committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees regardless of race, religion, sex, color, age, national origin, pregnancy, sexual orientation, physical disability or genetic information, military or veteran status, or any other protected classification, in accordance with federal, state, and/or local law.
