Remote or On-site (Location Dependent) Responsibilities:Sell, sell and sell.Make commissions and take them home.Co-design our product based on your insights in the field.Be a good team player in a collaborative and competitive environment.Qualifications: Proven success selling SaaS, technology, consulting, or related services within the tech ecosystemDemonstrated ability to manage long, complex enterprise sales cycles with six-figure TCVsConsistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a high-activity sales environmentCompensation: Range: $140,000 to $180,000 OTE, hireEZ offers a 50/50 base and commission split. Top performers have exceeded OTE significantly, with our highest earners making more than the CEO. Total compensation is based on demonstrated expertise, impact, and results.
