Role Description We are seeking a motivated and talented Line Cook for a full-time on-site position at our location in Weirton, WV. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to recipes, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace, and adhering to health and safety regulations. Daily tasks include food prep, running a station during service, ensuring food presentation and quality, and assisting with inventory management. This role is ideal for someone passionate about food and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practicesAbility to efficiently work in a fast-paced kitchen, including multitasking and meeting quality standardsStrong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staffAttention to detail, organization, and time management skillsCommitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary workspacePrevious experience in a similar role or culinary training is a plus but not requiredFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
