You'll play a key role in promoting active lifestyles while building strong connections within the community.Pay: $21.86/hr Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Term Life, Short-Term DisabilityKey Responsibilities:Plan and lead engaging Barre classes that combine strength, balance, flexibility, and low-impact movementDesign creative routines set to music, incorporating proper form, alignment, and effective cueing techniquesProvide clear instruction and modifications to support participants of all fitness levelsEnsure a safe environment by monitoring participants, enforcing guidelines, and responding to emergencies if neededMaintain equipment and studio space, ensuring safe and proper useFoster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages confidence, consistency, and personal growthPromote class participation through community engagement and outreach effortsTrack attendance, complete reports, and maintain accurate program recordsCollaborate with team members and contribute to enhancing overall program offeringsPerform other related duties as assigned Qualifications & Requirements:Must be at least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or GED requiredBarre or Group Fitness certification requiredCurrent First Aid and CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)Minimum of six (6) months of fitness instruction, dance, or related teaching experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Strong ability to create routines incorporating music, rhythm, tempo, and effective cueingExperience adapting classes to suit varying fitness levels and abilitiesExcellent interpersonal skills with a focus on providing a positive participant experienceAbility to multitask, lead group activities, and maintain a structured, engaging class environmentBasic computer skills and ability to complete reports and documentationStrong critical thinking and sound judgment in dynamic situations Complete your application to be considered for immediate interview opportunities!Note: You must be able to commute to Queen Creek, AZ.Any job offer is contingent upon the successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
