Job Posting Title2nd Quality Auditor Job Description SummaryTo define job responsibilities Job Description:Responsibilities Audit manufacturing processes to ensure they're running as designed: Complete standardized audit form Ensure required gauging is in place, clean, with calibration stickers applied with acceptable dates Ensure required checksheets are complete Ensure parts are conforming and correct data is being recorded in Plex Measure parts as necessary Ensure workplaces and gauge tables are clean, organized, and 5S is complete Ensure all containers and parts are properly tagged and identified Address any parts on the floor, tables, cabinets, tool boxes, etc. Ensure hourly pull boards are being used Data entry (Final Audit, etc.) Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment Effectively communicates with Manufacturing and other departments as required regarding inspection results Effectively communicates within the QA department As directed by the Quality Group Leader or Quality Manager Required Skills and EducationQualification RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED ExperienceWorking knowledge of Windows PC with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) Basic GD&T knowledge Measuring devices (CMM, optical comparator, other handheld measuring devices) Basic metallurgy About AAM:As a leading global Tier 1 Automotive and Mobility Supplier, AAM designs, engineers and manufactures Driveline and Metal Forming technologies to support electric, hybrid and internal combustion vehicles.
