Data Analyst Fleet Operations & Analytics

IntroductionWe are seeking a Data Analyst to support the data systems and reporting that power our autonomous fleet operations. You'll transform vehicle telemetry, service logs, and operations data into clear insights that improve decision-making across operations, safety, and engineering teams. This role focuses on analytics, reporting, KPI development, and building accessible datasets and dashboards that help teams understand performance and drive improvements.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics-focused rolesStrong proficiency in SQL for querying, data manipulation, and analysisExperience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or Power BI)Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2Preferred Skills & QualificationsExperience with operational, logistics, or fleet-related dataProficiency in Python for data analysis and reportingFamiliarity with Databricks or similar analytics platformsDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesAnalyze vehicle telemetry, service logs, dispatch data, and operational metrics to identify trends and actionable insightsBuild and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for fleet operations, safety, and engineering stakeholdersPartner with operations teams to understand reporting needs and business questionsFor immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
