If you want to grow your career in a progressive, team-oriented environment, apply today.About The JobCoeur Rochester, a subsidiary of Coeur Mining Inc. based near Lovelock, Nevada, is seeking a Skilled Utility Technician to join our team at the Rochester Mine.ResponsibilitiesSafely and effectively build, maintain and design using metal, wood, dirt and concreteAbility and knowledge of laser leveling, GPS and survey equipment, with the advanced knowledge of all Safety and Environmental proceduresOperate mobile equipment: must be able to operate dozers, tractors and loaders.Site wide snow removal, to include shovel, skid steer, ice, etc.Relief in refinery or process plant as needed.Ability to work under all weather conditionsAbility to safely navigate uneven terrain safelyAbility to safely and efficiently work around various electrical and water utilities, overhead and electrical lines and congested areasAbility to job plan and execute within safety and environmental compliance, coordinate with contractor and interdepartmental, technician training on equipment and special project assignmentsComplete Intelex and Oracle reporting and operationsAble to wear and complete job tasks using all required PPE including but not limited to: safety toe and rubber boots, gloves and respirator, etc.Follow and support all federal, state, and company policiesRequired Qualifications & SkillsValid Nevada motor vehicle operator’s license2 or more years of mining experience, preferredExperienced mobile equipment operator (skid steer, dozer, loader, water truck)High school diploma or GEDSafety consciousSelf-motivatedAdditional InformationHourly Rate Range: $32.79 – 45.18 (DOE)Rotating Shifts: Mon-Thu or Tue-Fri (10-hour shifts)Quarterly bonus up to $4,100 (up to $16,400 annually)Full benefits on day 1 (medical, vision, dental, employee assistance program, Teladoc service)6% dollar-for-dollar employer match to 401k or Roth, immediate vestingFlexible scheduleBus service from Winnemucca, Lovelock, and FallonTravel pay for those outside of bus serviceIt is the policy of Coeur Mining, Inc. and its direct and indirect United States subsidiaries (the “Company”) to provide equal opportunity employment to all Employees and applicants for employment.
