Applications Development Manager – JD Edwards (JDE)

We are looking for an experienced Applications Development Manager to lead enterprise application development initiatives supporting JD Edwards ERP and other critical business systems within a manufacturing/distribution environment.🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor application development teams • Oversee design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise applications • Drive system improvements, automation, and integrations • Collaborate with business stakeholders across manufacturing, inventory, sales, and finance • Ensure application security, scalability, and compliance • Manage development priorities, budgets, and project delivery🔹 Required Skills: • Strong experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne/World • Knowledge of OMW, BSFN, UBE, SQL, RPG, and ERP integrations • Experience with Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices • Leadership experience managing technical teams • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills🔹 Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field • 5+ years of application development experience • 2+ years in leadership/management role • Manufacturing or distribution industry experience preferred
