We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Performance Engineer with strong expertise in z/OS performance management, capacity planning, and performance optimization across large mainframe environments.
🔹 Required Qualifications:
10+ years of hands-on mainframe experience with IBM z/OS.Strong experience in performance management and tuning in large-scale mainframe environments.
Hands-on expertise with SMF, RMF, and/or WLM.Experience supporting environments with multiple LPARs and Parallel Sysplex.
Ability to analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimization strategies.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with workload management, resource utilization, and capacity planning.
