Position Title: Program Travel CoordinatorLocation: Frederick, MD (Onsite)Required Skills & Experience:2+ years of experience in travel coordination, administrative support, or expense managementHands-on experience with Costpoint (Deltek) for expense reporting and approvalsExperience using SAP Concur for travel booking and expense managementProven ability to coordinate travel logistics, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation for multiple travelersExperience preparing and submitting travel authorizations and expense documentation for approvalExperience supporting government programs or working within highly regulated environments preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to navigate structured approval processesExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to work onsite in Frederick, MD five days per weekJob Description:Insight Global is seeking a Travel Coordinator to support a federal aviation program based onsite in Frederick, MD. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and booking travel arrangements for engineering teams, including flights, lodging, rental vehicles, and other transportation needs while ensuring compliance with government travel policies and regulations.The Travel Coordinator will prepare, review, and submit travel authorization requests and expense documentation through a structured approval process prior to travel. This individual will work closely with internal teams to ensure all travel plans are executed efficiently and accurately.The ideal candidate will have experience utilizing Costpoint (Deltek) and SAP Concur for travel management and expense reporting, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple travel requests simultaneously.This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting technical teams on a large federal contract.
