Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Installer Technician

Lead Installation of HVAC Systems: Install and commission boilers, furnaces, central air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits at residential and light commercial properties throughout Sussex County and surrounding areas. Job Leadership & Training: Serve as the lead installer on job sites, directing workflow and training/mentoring a helper or junior technician to ensure quality workmanship and safety. Independent Decision Making: Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to make smart decisions in the field. Quality & Attention to Detail: Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship by following installation best practices, manufacturer specifications, and local codes while keeping job sites organized and professional.
