SuperintendentJob Objective: Provide Drivers Education training to studentsContract: As neededPay: $25/hrMinimum Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalentAbility to pass require physical examinationValid driver's license for a minimum of 5 yearsFewer than 6 points on your driving recordFully complete the required training to obtain a license through the Driving Training Program through the State of Ohio. Demonstrates a steadfast commitment to defensive driving practicesStrong communication skillsSatisfactory pre-employment and ongoing random drug/alcohol test results.Available to work a non-traditional schedule and irregular hours when needed.Basic computer proficiency or commitment to promptly acquire job-related technology skills.Embraces high-performance standards (e.g., engagement, proficiency, resilience, etc.)Maintains a record free of criminal violations that prohibit public school employment.Essential FunctionsProvide educational services to teens and adults as set forth by the Driver Training Program through the State of Ohio.Follow the provided set curriculum to present lessons, required by the State of Ohio, and be able to tailor to students' needs to learn and maintain information based on their learning abilities.Assumes responsibility for controlling student conduct.Evaluating students' progress and providing detailed reports on student Driver Training Log and report to parents if available.Completing all required paperwork and documentation promptly.Complies with all motor vehicle laws. Reports traffic citations, accidents, property damage, or issues with staff, students, or others in the community to supervisor.Fuels vehicle and reports maintenance issues to supervisor.
