Licensed Master Plumber

Position Summary: The Master Plumber will be responsible for overseeing plumbing installations, service, and repairs. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective, code-compliant solutions Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Supervise and support apprentices and junior technicians as needed Ensure all work complies with local, state, and company standards Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent Ensure job sites remain clean, safe, and organized Requirements: Active Master Plumber license Virginia 3–5 years of plumbing experience in service and/or construction Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Professional attitude and strong work ethic Preferred Qualifications: Experience in both residential and light commercial plumbing Experience supervising or mentoring other technicians Backflow certification (preferred but not required) What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Company vehicle (if applicable) Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for advancement and leadership roles Supportive, team-oriented work environment Pay: $31.82 - $38.33 per hour Benefits: Company truck Fuel card Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Work Location: In person
