This role will design and build scalable web applications across modern frontend experiences, backend services, and enterprise integrations while leveraging AI-native development workflows to improve engineering velocity and software quality.As a senior member of the engineering team, you will contribute to architecture, technical strategy, and engineering standards while partnering closely with product, design, platform, and architecture stakeholders. You will operate in an AI-assisted engineering environment, utilizing agentic development platforms and enterprise AI technologies to accelerate delivery, establish best practices, and ensure production-grade reliability, maintainability, security, and performance.The ideal candidate combines strong full-stack engineering expertise with a pragmatic approach to software development, operational excellence, and emerging AI-assisted development methodologies.A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESDesign, build, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using modern frontend frameworks and backend servicesDevelop, test, deploy, and support high-quality software solutions that serve large-scale enterprise and consumer-facing experiencesBuild responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces while ensuring seamless integration with backend systems and APIsDesign and develop backend services, APIs, and integrations that support business-critical applications and workflowsOwn application quality attributes including performance, reliability, accessibility, security, observability, and operational readinessImprove application performance through profiling, optimization, monitoring, and scalable architectural patternsCollaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutionsConduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and help elevate engineering quality across the teamDrive engineering best practices, coding standards, testing strategies, documentation, and development workflowsContribute to application architecture, system design decisions, and technical standards across multiple repositories and servicesImplement and maintain CI/CD workflows, release processes, and software development lifecycle best practicesLeverage agentic development platforms and AI-assisted engineering workflows to improve delivery efficiency and code qualityEstablish repeatable patterns for AI-assisted development, including repository context, development standards, documentation, and governanceIntegrate outputs from enterprise AI and data platforms into customer-facing and internal applications while ensuring reliability, scalability, and data integrityDefine and promote best practices for human-in-the-loop validation, code review, testing, deployment readiness, and responsible AI-assisted developmentImprove developer experience through tooling, documentation, testing strategies, and workflow optimizationParticipate in troubleshooting, incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiativesWHAT YOU WILL NEED5+ years of professional software development experience with demonstrated ownership of complex features and systems in production environmentsStrong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript with experience building modern web applicationsExperience with modern frontend frameworks such as Vue, React, Nuxt, Next.js, or similar technologiesStrong understanding of component-based architecture, design systems, and scalable frontend development practicesExperience developing backend services, APIs, and distributed application architecturesExperience building and maintaining full-stack applications in cloud-based environmentsStrong knowledge of application performance optimization, observability, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production supportDemonstrated ability to improve application reliability, scalability, maintainability, and securityExperience working with version control systems, code review processes, and collaborative development workflowsExperience operating within large, long-lived codebases and multi-repository environmentsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, release management practices, and software development lifecycle processesHands-on experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools and workflows to improve engineering productivity and software qualityAbility to evaluate technical tradeoffs and communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong problem-solving, collaboration, mentoring, and communication skillsRegular, on-site attendance at the workplace a minimum of 3 days per week is an essential function of the position.
