Recognized as a Best Place to Work and one of Deloitte's fastest-growing companies for the past 5 years, we're here to raise the standard for what cloud security and workplace culture should be.If you have the passion to dig deeper, the desire to challenge convention, and the curiosity to build something better, Sysdig is the right place for you.What You Will DoOwn executive-level relationships and strategic engagement for a portfolio of enterprise and high-value customers — building trust from engineers to the C-suiteCollaborate with customer teams on Sysdig deployments, architecture, and operational best practicesDrive alignment between customer business goals and Sysdig's technical capabilities through Success Planning and Outcome MappingLead Customer Business Reviews (CBRs) and ongoing strategic touchpoints with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersDevelop deep knowledge of customer environments to proactively identify risks and opportunities for optimization, expansion, and innovationLead and contribute to hands-on workshops that help customers unlock the full value of the Sysdig platformSupport Sales in renewal and expansion discussions by demonstrating measurable value realization and usage growthIdentify and mitigate account risk early through health monitoring, technical diagnostics, and stakeholder alignmentBe an advocate for customer requirements, partnering with Product and Engineering to align roadmap initiativesPartner with Support and Professional Services to ensure high-quality solutions and efficient issue resolutionMentor junior CSMs/CSEs and contribute to best practices, process improvements, and internal enablementWhat You Will Bring With You5+ years in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Strategic/Technical Consulting at a SaaS or cybersecurity companyProven experience managing enterprise customer relationships and navigating complex organizationsHands-on experience installing and troubleshooting solutions on Kubernetes; experience working with container based solutionsStrong understanding of cloud-native applications, platforms, security, automation, and DevSecOps across AWS, Azure, and/or GCPExperience with scripting and API integration to support and troubleshoot technical solutionsDemonstrated success driving measurable customer outcomes and leading executive-level engagementsStrong business acumen and the ability to translate technical capabilities into business impact for both engineers and executivesExperience managing issues, performing root cause analysis, and driving resolutionExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skillsBackground in cybersecurity or DevSecOps is a strong plusWhat We Look ForA strategic, consultative, customer-first mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersOne or more of CKAD / CKA / CKS certificationsExperience with Linux, Helm, Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud platformsSelf-motivated, proactive, and adaptable — comfortable navigating fast-paced, evolving environmentsStrong empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with customersCuriosity and comfort operating across both technical and business domainsCoachability and a team-oriented, collaborative, learning-driven attitudeExperience working with Sysdig and/or Falco is a plusWhen You Join Sysdig, You Can ExpectExtra days off to prioritize your well-being401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with a 3% company matchMaternity and Parental LeaveMental health support for you and your family through the Modern Health appFull health benefits package for you and your familyThe U.S. annual salary range for this full-time position is between $130,000 and $163,000 USD/year.
