If you are a friendly, kind-hearted individual who thrives in a dynamic setting, we would love for you to join our team!Position SummaryAs the first point of contact for our patients, the Patient Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that everyone who enters our clinic feels valued, cared for and respected. You will be the smiling face that greets our patients, the calming voice on the phone, and the organized mind that keeps our office running smoothly. Your ability to juggle multiple tasks with grace and positivity will help us maintain our high standards of care and service.Key ResponsibilitiesYour daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:Creating a warm and caring atmosphere in all interactions – whether on the phone, through email, or in person.Answering incoming phone calls with a cheerful and helpful attitude.Managing patient payments, providing receipts, and reconciling at the end of each day.Scheduling patient appointments via phone, email, and in person.Keeping our therapists’ schedules organized, including maintaining an updated waitlist and filling any openings promptly.Handling office duties such as scanning, filing, and assembling as needed.Managing clinic flow to allow our therapists to focus fully on patient care.Ensuring patient rooms are tidy, well-stocked, and ready for the next patient.Providing administrative support where needed.Maintaining a child-friendly, well-organized reception area stocked with age-appropriate toys, books, and activities.Engaging with children visiting the clinic, making them feel at ease during their time here.Comfortably holding and playing with babies while their mothers are in therapy.What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking someone who has:A high school diploma (required).Prior experience in healthcare (preferred).Proficiency in Google Sheets and Docs.Excellent oral and written communication skills.A knack for building positive relationships with customers.A solid work ethic and strong decision-making skills.The ability to take initiative and work independently.Exceptional multitasking abilities and the ability to stay calm under pressure.A love for working with children, including holding and comforting babies.A positive, enthusiastic, and energetic attitude!Work Hours40 hours per weekMust be flexible to work some early mornings (starting at 7:15 a.m.) and some late afternoons (until 6:30 p.m.)Also must be able to work Saturdays, as needed 8 a.m.-2 p.m.Competitive Pay: We offer compensation that reflects your experience and expertise.Benefits401(k) plan available after one year of employment.Monthly health benefit contribution.Flexible time offWork Environment: Join a team that genuinely values you, fosters a positive company culture, and prioritizes mutual support.Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentThis role requires regular communication and interaction, including talking and listening. You’ll often be using your hands for various tasks and may need to stand, walk, sit, and reach. You should be comfortable lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds, and willing to get down on the floor to hold babies when necessary.
