Accounts Payable Specialist

Image Specialty Partners in West Sacramento, CA is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing accounts payable in a fast-paced environment, performing vendor statement reconciliations, preparing reports and assisting with audits. This role is on-site at our Patient Care Center in West Sacramento, CA. Schedule Full-Time Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM On-site at our Patient Care Center in West Sacramento, CA Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Opportunities for professional development and growth within the practice Health benefits package Paid time off and holidays Complimentary and discounted orthodontic treatment for yourself and immediate family members Job Requirements 3+ years full-cycle accounts payable experience Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or equivalent experience Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with Sage Intacct preferred, but not required Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills High level of integrity and ethical standard in handling financial information and confidential data Prior dental industry experience is a plus but not required Demonstrate consistent attendance and punctuality Job Responsibilities Process full-cycle accounts payable in a fast-paced environment Verify GL coding and ensure all approvals have been obtained prior to paying Reconcile vendor statements and work with vendors to resolve discrepancies Use multiple accounting systems to ensure all bills are input and paid timely Ensure credit memos are applied to open invoices Assist with annual 1099 reporting Post monthly journal entries Assist with month-end close processes Prepare reports for management Assist with annual audits Use and administer company practices, standards, procedures, tools and methodologies Other duties as assigned About Us Image Specialty Partners (ISP) is a leading, rapidly growing doctor-led dental service organization focused on providing business and administrative support to specialty dental service providers.
