Role Description This is a contract role for a Front Office Manager Task Force position with a duration of one month starting May. The role is on-site and based in Napa, CA. The Front Office Manager will oversee daily front office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include managing office administration, coordinating front desk activities, resolving guest inquiries, and maintaining a high standard of customer service and satisfaction across guests and staff interactions. Qualifications Strong expertise in Office Administration and Front Office managementProven ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service and ensure Customer SatisfactionExcellent Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team membersLeadership and organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solvingExperience in hospitality or similar service industries is preferred
