Job Title: Salesforce Developer Location - Chicago, IL (Local and F2F Interview) Contract About the Role We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, integrations, and platform customization to support business processes and scalability. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and reportsDevelop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with external systemsImplement security, profiles, roles, permission sets, and data sharing rulesPerform code reviews, unit testing, and deployments using CI/CD toolsCollaborate with Business Analysts, Admins, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutionsTroubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecksEnsure best practices for Salesforce development, governance, and data quality
