This role actively participates as a member of the healthcare team to engage patients, families, and caregivers in the coordination of patient care.ResponsibilitiesProvide quality patient care and treatment including examination, diagnostic and treatment procedures.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Engage with patients and their families to educate them on care processes.React calmly and effectively during emergency situations.Utilize various types of equipment for examination and treatment procedures.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureGraduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.One year of nursing experience preferred.Knowledge of practical nursing principles, medications, and ICD-10 and CPT coding guidelines.Must hold a Pennsylvania Practical Nurse License.Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, renewed every two years.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
