Part-time Annual Salary: $32,000.00 to $42,000 Depending on License and ExperienceCenturion Forensic Health Services (FHS) is currently seeking a part-time Mental Health Court Clinician (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC) to join the Trial Courts Specialty Court Program in Cambridge, Massachusetts.Schedule: 20 Hours Per Week, Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm working 2 and 1/2 days per week; flexible with scheduleJob Responsibilities Include:Clinical screening of all Mental Health Court referrals using evidence based substance abuse assessment tools;Motivational interviewing and client centered treatment planning;Outreach and Referrals to treatment programs;Case management and regular contact with participants using evidence based approaches to support recovery and reduce recidivism in partnership with probation (who supervise court-ordered conditions) and other criminal justice personnel;Work collaboratively with community providers to obtain weekly reports of participant's status;Provide weekly testimony to the court on participants' status;Data collection and maintenance of Mental Health Court files;Organization of participant's graduation, drug court meetings, and community presentations as requested.We offer excellent compensation and comprehensive benefits for our full-time team members including:Health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance401(k) with company matchGenerous paid time offPaid holidaysFlexible Spending AccountContinuing Education benefitsMuch more...
