Associates operate as independent contractors and are activated through our certification and verification process.Once Approved, Transaction Analysis Associates:Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platformGain access to active deal flow and paid transaction support workSupport investors, fund managers, sponsors, and operators on live transactionsBuild a verified deal execution track record and Analyst Rating ScoreCertification tiers: Senior Transaction Associate Lead Transaction Associate Transaction AssociateAssociate Levels & Pay RangesSenior Transaction AssociateRating Score: 90–100Pay: $150–200/hourTypical Background:Former investment banking, private equity, venture capital, transaction advisory, Big 4 TAS, or senior corporate development professionals with 5+ years of transaction execution experience.Lead Transaction AssociateRating Score: 80–89Pay: $100–150/hourTypical Background:Finance professionals with 3–5 years of transaction modeling, diligence, or execution experience.Transaction AssociateRating Score: 60–79Pay: $50–100/hourTypical Background:Entry to mid-level finance professionals with strong technical and analytical performance in deal environments.What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)Depending on your certification approvals, Transaction Analysis Associates may be engaged for:Transaction Modeling & Valuation3-statement financial modelsDCF / LBO modelingMerger models and accretion/dilution analysisCommercial real estate underwritingSensitivity and scenario analysisComparable company and precedent transaction analysisFootball field valuation summariesTransaction structuring analysisDue Diligence & Execution SupportQuality of Earnings (QoE) analysisFinancial statement review and normalizationCommercial and operational diligenceData room organization and analysisRisk identification and mitigation analysisInvestment memo and committee presentation supportBuyer/seller side transaction supportAssociates may only perform work in categories they are approved for. Approvals are earned through assessment and performance—not tenure.How Associates Start EarningComplete the Analyst Certification Assessment or approved trainingReceive category-specific approvals (Transaction Modeling, Valuation, Due Diligence)Get verified on the platformBegin earning income immediately through hourly transaction projects and live deal supportNo cold applying.
