OverviewA litigation firm focused on insurance and claims defense is seeking a Litigation Associate to handle a high-volume caseload involving general liability, auto liability, property claims, and coverage disputes.ResponsibilitiesManage insurance defense cases from inception through resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, and coverage opinionsConduct discovery, depositions, and court appearancesHandle first- and third-party claims, including liability and property mattersCollaborate with clients and develop litigation strategiesQualificationsJ.D. and admission to the New Jersey Bar4+ years of litigation experience (insurance defense preferred)Strong writing, analytical, and case management skillsAbility to independently manage a caseloadSalary and Other Compensation:The base salary for this position is between $130,000 – $160,000 annually.
