Through our products and the need for less packaging materials, we reduce the carbon footprint."The future is circular“This role assists in the administration, execution, and communication of variable pricing and lost equipment fees. Supports Finance and Sales leaders with analytics and customer communications to drive profitable growth. Liaisons with internal and external teams for related processes, communication, and reporting within the organization.ResponsibilitiesHandle onboarding new customers to the EHC program, including account setup, applying and validating EHC settings in IFCO systemsPerform “Get Well” meetings with designated growers to assist in improved MyIFCO reporting and improved stock balance practicesComplete monthly billing analysis to identify root causes and needed outputs by the growerBuild relationships with internal and external customers at all levels.Obtain support, approval, and process EHC write-off request casesGather and distribute appropriate information to make invoicing decisions, escalate invoice resolutions, track, and resolve variable pricing and asset control invoices.Invoice customers for lost assets/extended hire.Strategically looks for ways to improve and streamline both Extended Hire and Loss Asset programs.QualificationsExperience with root cause analysis and providing solutionsDemonstrated initiative for continuous improvement and propose/ownership of solutionsProven time management, planning, and organizational skillsAble to manage multiple priorities with time-sensitive deadlinesExperience in inventory management, supply chain, and customer serviceAdvanced skillset in Microsoft Excel.
