Family-owned and operated since 2003, we are a growing company made up of professionals who take pride in creating a supportive, team-oriented environment.We are currently hiring a Full-Time Breakfast/Lunch Cook with 3-5 years of kitchen, dining service, or hospitality experience to join our culinary team.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a kitchen but is looking for long-term stability, career growth, and a workplace that values its employees. In this role, you'll work closely with our Sous Chef, help prepare meals for residents, and gain hands-on experience that can lead to advancement.What You'll DoWorking from our Tucson Mountains community, you will help provide nutritious and enjoyable meals for our residents.Your Responsibilities Will IncludePreparing food and beverages under the direction of the Sous Chef and Facility DirectorAssisting with menu preparation and meal servicePreparing meals for residents, including special dietary needsPerforming food temperature checks according to county health standardsLogging temperatures and labeling food per health department requirementsAssisting with inventory management and restockingMaintaining cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen areasPerforming closing duties to shut down the kitchenWashing dishes, glassware, silverware, and cookwareAssisting with general maintenance tasks around the communityDelivering meals to our Foothills location using a company food delivery vanAs you grow in the role and demonstrate your skills, you will have opportunities to take on more responsibility and advance within our culinary team.What We're Looking For21 years of age or olderHigh school diploma or GED3-5 years of kitchen, dining service, or hospitality experienceReliable transportationClean driving recordAbility to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (we can assist with the process)Ability to obtain Arizona Memory Care Certification (within 30 days of hire)BenefitsWe offer a strong benefits package including:401(k)401(k) matchingHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceHealth Savings AccountFlexible Spending AccountLife InsurancePaid Time OffSalary: $16 - $17 per hour
