Lead Packout Technician - Hiring ASAP!

Southwest Packout, a division of Advosy, is looking for a dependable, hard-working Lead Packout and Moving Technician to join our growing restoration and contents team. This position involves packing, moving, documenting, and transporting household goods and personal property after water, fire, or mold damage.We are hiring for this position ASAP as our lead tech is about to move out of state. If you have experience sketching rooms, documenting contents, and working with insurance carriers, there's a place for you on our team.Key Responsibilities: Moving & Packout ServicesSafely pack, label, and move contents from residential and commercial propertiesLoad and unload trucks with care and efficiencyFollow jobsite safety and cleanliness protocolsMaintain professionalism when working in customer homesFor lead-level roles: sketch rooms, photograph and inventory contents, and submit documentation to insurance using company softwareDocumentation & ComplianceEnsure all items are properly labeled and documentedFollow company standards for inventory control and storageUse mobile devices or software for capturing job information (for lead roles)Customer Service & CommunicationMaintain a polite, respectful, and empathetic demeanor with clientsClearly explain steps of the process when neededCoordinate with team leads and office staff to ensure a smooth workflowEquipment & Jobsite MaintenanceKeep tools and packing materials clean and ready for useEnsure trucks are stocked, organized, and prepared for each jobFollow proper lifting and moving techniquesQualifications:Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environmentStrong work ethic, punctuality, and dependability requiredNo criminal record; integrity and professionalism are essentialValid driver's license preferredExperience in moving, packouts, or restoration is a plusFor lead roles: experience with inventory, sketching rooms, taking photos, and submitting documentation to insurance carriers is preferred.Job Type: Full-time, long termPay: $21.00 - 23.00 per hour , depending on experience.Benefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountPaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftsMonday to FridayWeekends as neededOn-call availability may be required for some jobsOvertime availableWork Location: In person, team meets in Mesa 85210 before heading outPlease apply by submitting your applilcation and we will reach out within 24-28 hours.
