Chargeback & Rebate Analyst
Summary/Objective
The Chargeback and Rebate Analyst will create debit memos to suppliers for chargeback and be responsible for aging of chargeback debit memos. Ensure suppliers who are not EDI trading partners debit memos are submitted manually via email. Work with the manager to reconcile chargebacks and rebate subledger to the general ledger along with any other assigned general ledger accounts via Blackline.
Essential Functions:
Create debit memos to suppliers for chargebacks
Review and follow up with suppliers for aged debit memos
Process credits from vendors via the claims process for both chargebacks and rebates
Maintains accounting controls
Maintains financial security by establishing and adhering to internal controls.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Perform all responsibilities in accordance with SOX controls
Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Associates degree, or (3) three years or more of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases, Oracle EBS and Blackline a plus.
Oracle EBS knowledge a plus.
Experience in a public company and SOX compliant organization a plus.
Pharmaceutical industry knowledge preferred but not required.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct reports.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.

This is a full-time position with general hours of work during day shift hours.
