Job Title: Business Development / Sales Associate (Healthcare Transportation)Location: USA (Dallas, DFW)Compensation: $1,000 per secured contract plus other benefitsBackground: Healthcare Sales, Business Development, Medical Outreach, Logistics/TransportationAWT is looking for a Business Development / Sales Associate to drive revenue growth by securing partnerships and contracts with healthcare facilities and corporate clients across the DFW area.This role is ideal for a highly driven, relationship-oriented professional with experience in healthcare outreach, medical sales, or transportation business development who can confidently generate leads, close deals, and build long-term partnerships within the healthcare ecosystem.Responsibilities- Identify and secure new business opportunities with nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, assisted living facilities, dialysis centers, and healthcare providers.-Build and maintain strong relationships with discharge planners, case managers, social workers, facility administrators, and other healthcare decision-makers.-Drive contract acquisition for non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services.-Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, community engagement, and relationship-building efforts.-Conduct professional sales presentations and introduce tailored transportation solutions based on client needs.-Negotiate and close service agreements while supporting revenue growth objectives.-Collaborate with operations and coordination teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service transition for newly secured clients.- Maintain organized records of outreach activities, follow-ups, pipeline progress, and client interactions.-Monitor healthcare industry trends, local market activity, and competitor movement to identify additional growth opportunities.- Represent AWT professionally during healthcare networking events, community outreach, and industry engagements.- Explore and develop corporate transportation partnerships where applicable.- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly performance goals.Requirements- Minimum of 2+ years experience in healthcare business development, medical sales, healthcare outreach, or related fields.- Proven ability to secure contracts, generate leads, and close deals successfully.- Existing relationships within hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities, assisted living facilities, home healthcare agencies, or dialysis centers is highly preferred.- Experience in roles such as Clinical Liaison, Medical Sales Representative, Healthcare Account Executive, Admissions Coordinator, Patient Coordinator, or Business Development Representative is an advantage.- Strong understanding of healthcare coordination, patient referrals, discharge planning, and facility communication processes.- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.- Self-motivated, target-driven, organized, and able to work independently in a growing environment.- Experience in NEMT, healthcare transportation, logistics, or medical coordination is a plus.- Must be based in Dallas / DFW area.
