Developer - C#.Net
We are seeking a Developer with C#.Net expertise for a 12-month contract position based in New York, New York. You will join a team working on mission-critical projects in the Capital Markets space, providing technical expertise across the development environment, technology architecture, and implementation. This is a hands-on role in which you will participate in the technical design of software solutions, collaborate with business users and analysts to meet application requirements, and contribute to the broader development team's objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the technical design of software solutions for Capital Markets applications, including both in-house and external systems
- Develop and implement software using C#/.Net and related technologies
- Work with business users and analysts to understand requirements and ensure applications meet specifications
- Collaborate with the development team to share design approaches, solutions, and technical insights
- Contribute to technical vision and strategic planning for software solutions
- Assist in evaluating and implementing data and message transfer and processing solutions
Qualifications:
- RequiredProficiency in C#/.NetStrong foundation in computer science principles, mathematics, and coding skills
- Familiarity with the design and implementation of data and message transfer and processing
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to solve problems independently and with maturity
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a similar engineering discipline, or equivalent professional work experience
- PreferredExperience with C++Familiarity with Fixed Income markets
- Active interest in emerging computing technologies and tools
