The role focuses on developing change documentation, drafting and coordinating communications, building presentations, supporting training and job aids, and partnering with stakeholders to gather inputs and track adoption.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop core change management deliverables: Draft and maintain impact assessments, stakeholder/audience analysis, readiness tracking, and supporting documentation; manage inputs, reviews, and version control.Create and coordinate communications: Draft, format, and schedule change communications; maintain the communications calendar; coordinate approvals and distribution.Build presentations and materials: Create clear, audience-ready slides and supporting content for project updates, leadership readouts, and working sessions.Support training and enablement: Assist with training needs analysis, content development, session logistics, and follow-up; help ensure materials are accurate and easy to use.Create job aids and performance support: Translate changes into simple, step-by-step job aids and quick reference guides; validate with SMEs and incorporate feedback.Coordinate stakeholders and adoption tracking: Support stakeholder touchpoints, capture feedback/questions, and track engagement and completion metrics for reporting.Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested. As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.Required Qualifications2-5 years of supporting change management, communications, training, or related business transformation work.Strong written communication and editing skills; ability to tailor messages to different audiences.Comfort developing clear, visually consistent presentations and job aids.Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and review cycles.Stakeholder service mindset; able to work with SMEs and incorporate feedback constructively.Working knowledge of common change management activities (impacts, comms, training, adoption) and interest in growing change management capability.Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams); comfortable working in SharePoint/Teams sites for document management and collaboration.
