Senior Commercial Counsel

A well-established, multi-office law firm is seeking an experienced mid- to senior-level attorney to join its Business Law practice. This role offers flexibility in schedule and structure, including full-time or part-time arrangements, remote work options, and opportunities on both partnership-track and non-partnership-track paths.Role Overview: The successful candidate will handle a variety of business and commercial law matters, with a primary focus on commercial contracts. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, revising, and negotiating complex agreements, such as business-to-business supply contracts and other sophisticated commercial arrangements. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and skill in managing intricate commercial transactions efficiently.Qualifications:At least 5 years of relevant experience in business or commercial law, particularly in contract drafting and negotiation.Proven ability to manage complex business-to-business agreements; experience representing manufacturers or clients in commercial arrangements with customers, distributors, and suppliers is preferred.Strong academic credentials and outstanding organizational, drafting, and analytical skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys and business teams across multiple offices or markets.Background in large law firms or in-house legal departments is advantageous but not required.
