In this role, you will support daily HR administrative operations in a large enterprise environment, ensuring the efficient handling of employee inquiries, documentation, and leave-related processes. This position plays a key role in maintaining organized HR workflows, supporting compliance efforts, and assisting with employee leave administration and case management activities.ResponsibilitiesOrganize, rename, and categorize incoming emails and voicemails by employee name and identification number.Upload, tag, and maintain employee documents within Workday and associated HR systems.Assign and track HR service cases in Workday Help and initiate standard employee communications.Respond to general leave and HR-related inquiries received through shared inboxes.Maintain and update payroll spreadsheets related to parental and family leave programs.Assist with documentation review and cleanup for workplace accommodation audit processes.Maintain adherence to established HR policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.Support additional HR administrative tasks as assigned.QualificationsProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and HR platforms such as Workday.Experience using Workday Help or similar HR case management systems.Background in HR support, leave administration, employee benefits, or related administrative functions.Experience handling confidential employee data in compliance with privacy standards.Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume administrative workloads and meet strict deadlines.Experience maintaining payroll or compensation-related spreadsheets in Excel.Familiarity with electronic document management and HR filing systems.Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence across multiple organizational levels.
