As our Office Coordinator at Nicewood, you'll play a critical role in our operations, ensuring that our administrative functions are as finely crafted as our manufacturing projects. Key Responsibilities: Operational Excellence: Oversee the accuracy of our production scheduling, manage logistics, and streamline purchasing processes to uphold our standards of excellence. Daily Tasks: Creating/processing invoices Allocating labor/ accounting for timesheet entries Office receptionist work, phones, scheduling, etc. Financial Oversight: Be instrumental in budget management, invoice processing, and financial reporting, ensuring our projects are as financially sound as they are aesthetically pleasing. Central Hub of Communication: Act as the vital link between Nicewood and DNB, promoting clear and effective communication across all levels. Support and Development: Engage in diverse tasks from office management to supporting various departments, showcasing your ability to adapt and grow within your role. Qualifications: A proactive approach with a natural inclination towards leadership and self-initiative. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools is a bonus. Excellent communicator, able to convey complex information simply and effectively.
