Local Area Manager-Newburg EHS/HS
SUMMARY: This role will oversee our Newburg Early Head Start/Head Start center to provide supervision to all teaching and support staff in designated locations. Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to family services, administrative, and classroom staff in the assigned geographical areas. Assess that overall program quality adheres to all state laws, licensing regulations, Head Start Performance Standards, OVEC Policy and Procedures, and instructions from the Director and/or Specialists.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or related field required. Minimum three years of Head Start, Early Childhood, or related field experience. Management experience in supervision, coaching, and mentoring staff desired.COMPENSATION: $64,416-$81,292 Based on Education and Relevant Experience.BENEFITS: State Health Insurance, State Pension, 100% Tuition covered for IECE or ECE degree, paid sick and annual leave.
