Our team supports enterprise clients by securely processing, testing, and redeploying critical IT infrastructure at scale.Why join us?Steady day shift, full-time production environmentContract-to-hire with long-term opportunityWeekly pay + benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k)Fast-growing operation with increasing volume and expansion plansHands-on experience with enterprise server and storage hardwareJob DetailsWarehouse Hardware Processor PipelineShift: 7a-3:30p This role is focused on high-volume processing of IT hardware including server teardown, drive removal, and preparation of equipment for secure data destruction and downstream recycling.What you’ll do:Disassemble servers, storage arrays, and IT hardwareRemove HDDs, SSDs, and internal components from equipmentPrepare drives for secure data erasure workflowsSort, box, and stage hardware for processing or shipmentFollow strict data security and chain-of-custody proceduresMaintain clean, organized, production-line workflowWhat we’re looking for:Warehouse, production, or IT hardware teardown experience preferredComfortable working with hand tools and repetitive physical tasks throughout the shiftHigh attention to detail (especially around data security processes)Ability to work in a fast-paced production environmentReliable, consistent attendance and strong work ethicAble to lift, move, and handle hardware safelyTeam-oriented with attention to detailNice to HaveElectronics recycling or refurbishing experienceBasic computer hardware familiarityInventory or packaging experienceInterested in hearing more?
