Sr. BESS Project Engineer

Overview In this role you drive oversight and integration of electrical design for utility-scale projects (BESS, solar, substations, transmission, generation). You collaborate with EPCs, OEMs, utilities, and internal teams to ensure robust design packages and QA/QC, guiding the Engineer of Record and managing projects from development through commissioning. You will tackle interconnection, protection, controls, and SCADA/EMS integration, contributing to grid modernization and reliable project delivery. This position offers a hands-on leadership path with broad cross-functional impact and remote working flexibility. You will shape technical outcomes in a fast-paced, renewable-energy focused setting.
