Job DescriptionDirector of Sales Operations & Enablement Location: Nashville, TN Remote Company: Local Infusion Job Summary: Seeking an experienced, AI-native Director of Sales Operations & Enablement to build AI-powered systems, tools, data, and processes for business development. This role will own reporting, analytics, sales enablement, sales operations, onboarding, and market activation, partnering closely with field leadership and other departments.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Operations Scalability & Execution (identifying bottlenecks, leading projects, improving CRM)Market Research & Target List Strategy (deploying AI tools, owning market research)Onboarding, Training & Development (building sales training programs and virtual onboarding)AI-Powered Data Analysis and Insights (building dashboards, identifying performance anomalies, reporting)QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field5+ years of experience in healthcare growth, sales operations, and enablementExpert-level analytical skills with dashboarding and CRM experienceDemonstrated fluency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) and their application in professional settingsExperience building or implementing AI-enhanced workflows, automations, or intelligent reportingProven experience supporting or leading multi-market sales teamsExceptional organizational and communication skillsComfortable operating at strategic and tactical levelsWillingness to travel up to 20%Must be located in Eastern or Central time zonesBonus PointsPrior success as a field sales or referral sales professionalExperience with HubSpot, Google Products, MedScout, and/or Sigma Compensation: $140,000 - $190,000 (Base + Bonus)BenefitsPotential for performance bonusesMedical, dental, and vision insuranceShort and long-term disability coverage401(k) with match15 Days PTOCompetitive paid parental leave and flexible return to work policyProfessional development opportunities
