Senior Corporate Actions Specialist
JOB OVERVIEW
The Senior Corporate Actions Specialist is responsible for managing and executing corporate actions processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional support to clients. Oversees corporate actions and utilizes analytical skills to deliver high-quality results to clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Oversees the full lifecycle of corporate actions (Mandatory/Voluntary), including dividend payments, stock splits, mergers, acquisitions, dividend reinvestment and other corporate events.
Reviews, analyzes, and interprets corporate action announcements and documentation to determine appropriate processing actions.
Collaborates with internal teams, including finance, compliance, and legal, to ensure timely and accurate execution of corporate actions.
Develops and maintains comprehensive documentation and standard operating procedures for corporate actions processes.
Acts as a point of contact for inquiries related to corporate actions from clients and internal departments.
Monitors and ensures compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Prepares and presents reports on corporate actions activities and performance metrics to senior management.
Trains and mentors junior team members on corporate actions processes and best practices.
Identifies opportunities for process improvements and implements solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate actions or investment operations
PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS
Series 7 or 99
If you do not already have a Securities license relevant to your role at Innovayte, you will be required to take and pass the Securities Industries Essentials exam provided by FINRA. In addition, based on your role responsibilities, you may alsobe required to pass additional Securities Industry exams to allow you to be compliant with FINRA and the SEC.

This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to speak and hear. The associate is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time, as well as stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms. This job requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
