Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Essential Responsibilities Assessment & Planning
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS).
Analyze assessment data to develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Establish measurable treatment goals aligned with client needs.
Intervention & Treatment
Implement and monitor evidence-based ABA interventions.
Modify treatment plans based on data trends and client progress.
Provide direct intervention as needed in complex or high-risk cases.
Supervision & Training
Supervise RBTs, behavior technicians, and assistant behavior analysts per BACB guidelines.
Conduct competency assessments, fidelity checks, and performance feedback.
Train caregivers, teachers, and support staff on behavior strategies and intervention consistency.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, session notes, and progress reports.
Use data collection systems to track progress and inform clinical decisions.
Ensure compliance with BACB ethics, HIPAA guidelines, insurance requirements, and organizational policies.
Collaboration
Work collaboratively with families, educators, therapists, case managers, and other professionals.
Attend team meetings and IEP meetings when applicable.
Provide parent training and support to enhance treatment outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree.
Current BCBA certification in good standing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
