HiFyve is hiring an experienced CNC Machine Operator!Starting Pay: $20 - $26+/hr (depending on experience)Shift: Day & Night Shift (M-Th) & Weekend Warrior Day & Nights (Fri/Sat/Sun)Location: Marinette County, WIJob Duties and Responsibilities:Operate DMG Mori and other CNC machining equipmentPerform machine setups, offsets, adjustments, and tool changes throughout the shiftMonitor machine performance and ensure production meets quality and efficiency standardsConduct first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure compliance with specificationsUtilize gauges, measuring tools, and blueprints to verify dimensional accuracyRead and follow work instructions, control plans, and technical drawingsPerform basic preventative maintenance, machine cleaning, and daily equipment careComplete production records, inspection documentation, and required paperwork accuratelyCommunicate production issues and shift updates with operators, supervisors, and maintenance teamsAssist with troubleshooting machining or quality concerns as neededSupport material handling activities and maintain forklift certificationFollow all company safety procedures and maintain housekeeping standardsAssist other operators and support overall production goals as neededEducation RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferredEquivalent CNC or manufacturing experience consideredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Experience operating CNC machining equipment requiredExperience with DMG Mori machines strongly preferredExperience with various CNC lathes, mills, or machining centers preferredAbility to read blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawingsExperience using precision measuring equipment and hand gaugesBasic math skills required; metric system experience preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilityAbility to perform machine setups, tool changes, and minor adjustmentsForklift experience or willingness to obtain certification requiredStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently and in a team-oriented manufacturing environmentAbility to stand for extended periods and work overtime as needed
