Their products are built for performance, reliability, and demanding industrial environments.We are seeking a Mechanical Assembler to support production by assembling cooling units designed for CNC machines using hand tools, power tools, and blueprints.Position SummaryThe Mechanical Assembler is responsible for assembling high-pressure coolant and filtration units according to blueprints, schematics, and work orders. This role requires hands-on mechanical aptitude, comfort using tools, and the ability to follow detailed instructions in a production environment.Essential ResponsibilitiesAssemble cooling units and related components for CNC machinesReview and follow production work orders, schematics, and assembly instructionsUse hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring devices dailyAccurately complete required production and quality documentationCommunicate with team leaders regarding assembly instructions, workflow, and schedulingMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all safety guidelines and company proceduresLift up to 50 lbs as neededComplete on-site training for forklifts, cranes, balers, and compactorsBuild assemblies in designated work cells or areasRequired Qualifications (Must Haves)Minimum 1+ year of hands-on mechanical experienceStrong mechanical aptitudeAbility to read and understand blueprints and schematicsWorking knowledge of hand tools and power toolsCombination of hands-on experience and/or technical schooling acceptedPhysical & Work RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsRepetitive use of hand and power toolsStanding for extended periods during the shiftExposure to industrial equipment and production environmentsInterview ProcessInterview with HR and Plant ManagementDiscussion will focus on mechanical experience, blueprint knowledge, and hands-on aptitude
