Facilities Maintenance TechnicianPay: $29.00–$32.00/hourLocation: Fort Worth, TX 76106Schedule: 2nd Shift — 3:00 PM–11:30 PM or 11:00 PM–7:30 AMTraining: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM for approximately 4 weeksJob Type: Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and operation of a manufacturing facility. This position will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment and facility systems, and helping ensure the facility remains safe, functional, and operating efficiently.The selected candidate will complete approximately 4 weeks of training on 1st shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) before transitioning to a 2nd shift schedule. Occasional Saturday work may be required.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative maintenance (PM) on machinery, equipment, and facility systems.Troubleshoot and repair pumps, electrical systems, and other mechanical equipment.Perform basic low-voltage electrical troubleshooting and repairs.Utilize TIG welding skills for maintenance, repair, and fabrication needs.Perform routine inspections and identify potential maintenance issues before they become larger problems.Assist with general facility maintenance and repairs as needed.Safely access and work on rooftops when required.Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.Respond to maintenance needs and help minimize equipment downtime.QualificationsPrevious experience in facilities maintenance, industrial maintenance, or a related field.Experience performing machine preventative maintenance (PM).Working knowledge of pumps and mechanical systems.Experience with low-voltage electrical systems.TIG welding experience preferred.Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to work occasional Saturdays as needed.Must provide your own steel-toed shoes.What We Offer$29–$32/hour, based on experienceCompany-provided PPE (employee must provide steel-toed shoes)Approximately 4 weeks of 1st-shift trainingOpportunity for long-term employmentWork with a skilled maintenance team in a professional facilityPay Details: $29.00 to $32.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
