Job SummaryThe Dip Molding Assembly Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining dip molding machinery to produce high-quality molded components. This role involves setup, operation, quality control, and basic maintenance of equipment used in the dip molding process. The operator will ensure that production goals are met while adhering to safety and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSetup and Operation:Set up and adjust dip molding machines according to production specifications.Operate dip molding equipment to produce parts and components, ensuring consistency and adherence to quality standards.Monitor the molding process and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality.Quality Control:Inspect parts for defects, dimensions, and adherence to specifications.Report any quality issues or discrepancies to the Shift Lead or supervisor.Maintenance and Troubleshooting:Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.Documentation and Reporting:Complete production reports, including quantities produced, downtime, and any issues encountered.Record and report any material or part shortages.Safety and Compliance:Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to quality, safety, and environmental regulations.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in dip molding or a related manufacturing process is preferred.Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with hand tools.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.Strong attention to detail and quality.Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods.Capability to lift, carry, and move materials and parts.Dexterity to operate machinery and handle parts.Working ConditionsWork is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and varying temperatures.Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, and ear protection may be required.Application InstructionsPlease submit your resume and cover letter to [Application Email/Link].
