Job SummaryThe Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's marketing technology stack, with a primary focus on maintaining HubSpot CRM, ensuring seamless data management, and enhancing email marketing initiatives. This role will involve close monitoring of email deliverability, performance metrics, and system integrations to ensure campaigns are efficiently executed and data flows smoothly across platforms. The Marketing Operations Manager will also be accountable for maintaining website functionality, working closely with web developers to ensure the site is optimized for both user experience and lead generation.In addition to managing the operational side of marketing technology, this individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve automation workflows, lead segmentation, and reporting accuracy.
