We are seeking an individual who is ambitious, self-motivated and who strives to represent HAPO’s core commitment “Be in the Moment” and standard of service “Defy Expectations” with our members, community as well as the team they are a part of. Ideal candidates will have excellent multi-tasking skills as well as excellent written and verbal skills. They will have basic knowledge in math. They will be capable of handling themselves in stressful situations and pay attention to detail. expectations with us!Essential Job Functions Include But Are Not Limited ToAssist members with general account inquiriesIdentify additional products and services that may be beneficial to membersBasic understanding of branch compliance and auditing Basic understanding of all products and services available for members Requirements High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate Experience in customer service, cash handling, or sales preferredLocation: On-Site, Weston (OR)Training is approximately 2 weeks and will be conducted at our headquarters located in Richland, WASchedule: Must be able to work 35-40 hours a week between the hours of 8:30am – 6:30pm M-FStarting Hourly Pay Range (DOE): $20.00- $28.97Typically, Selected candidates are hired between the minimum and midpoint range, based on applicable experience and qualifications.HAPO is an equal opportunity employer that values employees and supports an organizational culture of diversity, respect and personal and professional growth.Only candidates selected to move forward in the interview process will be contacted.
