Job Details: Department:Family Medicine.Scheduled Weekly Hours:40.Shift:Day.Schedule:Regular Full-time.Work From Home:No. Responsibilities: Patient Care:Diagnose and treat medical illnesses.Provide preventive care, including annual checkups and health risk assessments.Manage chronic conditions and coordinate hospital care as needed.Collaboration:Work collaboratively with colleagues and Advanced Practice Providers.Coordinate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.Community Engagement:Develop strong ties with patients and the local community.Build long-lasting relationships with patients and their families. What You Can Expect: Schedule:36 hours of patient contact and 4 hours of administrative work.Flexible Schedule:Includes one evening per week until 6:30 p.m. and one Saturday per month from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.Practice Hours:Monday Friday, with variations by day, and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. 12:00 p.m.Average Outpatient Volume:18 - 21 patients per day.Mentorship:Receive strong mentorship from existing providers.
